Here’s the short, clear recap: what changed, what’s coming, and what you should do now for Q4.

The landscape shifted — new platforms, new fee structures, and tighter margins.

Here’s what’s ahead and the exact steps to take so you can capitalize on Q4 instead of getting caught reacting to it.

Keep these jobs (they need your brain)

1) Pricing workflow (faster sales):

  • Start with Bulk Price Change → “Liquidate” to drop $1 under the lowest ask on every channel.

  • Start with Bulk Price Change → “Liquidate” to drop $1 under the lowest ask on every channel.

  • Then turn on Auto-Pricing with a minimum payout.

It will undercut to your floor, then stop.

  • We may make “undercut by default” the new setting so you don’t need step one.

2) List everywhere:

  • Get your inventory live on eBay, TikTok Shop, and KNET B2B.

We’ve seen eBay sales triple to ~4× after a recent revamp.

  • Leave all channels on. Prices jump in Q4. Don’t miss easy orders.

3) B2B speed tools:

  • Use Quick Price Edit to set one price for a whole SKU (or ranges by size).

  • No seller fees on B2B. Great for bulk moves to stores.

Platform updates & what’s next

B2B (store buyers):

  • Buyers can filter by brand, size, price, and view size-level price breaks.

  • You’ll see marketplace comps while listing/buying.

  • Only ~45% of items on KNET are listed to B2B right now. That’s low.

Action: list your high-stock / store-friendly SKUs (AJ4, Yeezy, classics, some adidas lifestyle).

TikTok Shop:

  • We’re mapping more SKUs so you can list everything without manual requests.

Goal: cut the bottleneck so all your SKUs are ready to post.

New sales channel: Stadium Goods

  • Rolling out in Nov (waiting on their team as they transition systems).

  • Good “cross-list” channel for what you already source for StockX/GOAT.

  • SG also syndicates to Farfetch, Amazon, and Walmart (a “4-for-1” effect).

Payout timing (heads up):

  • Payouts post after platforms pay us (some take 1–3 days to clear).

  • We’re exploring early/advance payouts next year.

QC, repairs, and liquidation

QC is strict on purpose. It protects your pass rates and avoids cancel fees.

  • If you disagree on box-only calls, ask your AM to review.

  • Repair service is launching: cleanups, touch-ups, box swaps (red Nike/blue adidas), tape fixes. Small fee.

If it truly can’t be fixed:

  • Use our Whatnot stream for fast liquidation. We run 3–4 shows/week.

Average order value is ~$35. Good for dead or damaged pairs that won’t move elsewhere.

Q4 game plan (company focus + your playbook)

Our internal goal: sell all aged inventory (120+ days) by Dec 31.

Why? Q4 is the most liquid market of the year.

Your checklist:

  • List everything on eBay, TikTok, and B2B.

  • Set minimum payouts and turn on Auto-Pricing (use the two-step start).

  • Reprice weekly (twice weekly in late Nov/Dec).

  • Use B2B for bulk and eBay for long-tail.

  • Keep channels on; don’t micromanage off/on during spikes.

  • Clear anything 120+ days old. Cash now > hopes later.

Sourcing tips from Alex (7-figure KNET seller)

  • He’s 95% OA. The trick: when a link drops, search the whole site, not just the posted SKU.

  • Don’t buy when you’re bored. Save cash for real sales and holiday events.

  • Take notes on each retailer: shipping fees, limits, best promo windows.

  • Test small (1–2 per size), confirm speed, then go deeper.

  • Use the Price Search tool every time. Don’t assume one marketplace tells the whole story.

  • Track orders in a sheet (SKU, size, cost). Makes pricing way faster at check-in.

  • Work with your AM. Share goals, ask for data, and lean on them for exceptions or warnings (e.g., oxidation issues).
